My client is responsible for delivery of water treatment waste water and network projects across the region. An expansion in workload over the next few years means theyre looking a suitably qualified candidate to join the modelling team.The contract is expected to last for at least 2 years. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in computer modelling as a key member of the team that uses models to solve flooding and pollution problems. There will also be opportunities to carry out other tasks such as development investigations and operational enquiries. You will be responsible for Building and verifying sewer models Developing outline solutions to hydraulic problems Report writing project presentation and project management Analysing data using Excel and Geographic Information Systems (Gis) A degree or equivalent with a strong scientific mathematical content Excellent It and communication skills Suitable working knowledge of modelling sewer systems using Infoworks Cs Knowledge of Gis would be useful but not essential.
