Live in Pub Management Couple required for dynamic expanding public house management company based in the South West. The successful couple will be required to cover both front and back of house and be capable of delivering a food offer one person will hold a liquor licence. You will be given support from the Management Team to assist you in successfully building the trade. You will be honest hardworking reliable trustworthy and have excellent customer service skills. Remuneration is by way of a percentage of net turnover which will be uncapped together with bonus payments for accurate stocks. You will be self employed however during the initial settling in period you will be paid a weekly sum until you reach a level where the percentage payments take over. Your living accommodation will be provided bills paid (except personal council tax which you will be liable for.
