Homewood Park a 21 bedroom recently refurbished country house hotel part is looking for a well presented individual with good organisational skills to join its reception team. This individual will be a motivated and enthusiastic person with high levels of customer service and good communication skills. As part of the reception team you will be responsible for welcoming resident and non-resident guests to the hotel. You will carry out check ins and check outs maintain the switchboard handle accommodation and restaurant booking and payments and will be advising guests of hotel and local facilities and services. You will also assist with the daily running of the Spa Reception including handling bookings welcoming guests and carrying out checkouts following their time with us. You will be available to assist the guest offer information and ultimately ensure the guest has an enjoyable and memorable stay at Homewood Park.
